Head of European Biomedical Investment Business, Partner
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the exploration of European biomedical projects and the establishment of project channels;
2.Maintain communication with partners, evaluate and research potential targets for cooperation;
3.Conduct due diligence investigations and make investment decisions on prospective investment targets;
4.Responsible for post-investment management and exit of investment targets.
Qualifications:
1.Master's degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent overseas qualification, with professional capability in project evaluation;
2.At least 5 years of research and work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in Europe and America, with priority given to those who have experience in biopharmaceutical BD transactions and project channel capabilities;
3.Familiarity with the operations of biopharmaceutical companies in Europe and America, with a preference for those knowledgeable about the European business environment and legal regulations;
4.Proficiency in English, with priority given to those who have studied, worked, or lived in countries such as Germany or Switzerland.

Fundraising Partner: Overseas Investor Relations & Fundraising Partner
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the management and expansion of overseas investor relations;
2.Assist the managing partner in developing overseas fundraising strategies and creating fundraising plans;
3.Responsible for carrying out fundraising activities, completing due diligence on Limited Partners (LPs), advancing fund fundraising, and completing fund establishment.
Qualifications:
1.Possesses a rich source of long-term capital in regions such as Hong Kong, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, etc.;
2.Skilled in managing investor relations, with outstanding fundraising capabilities, and preference given to those with experience in raising USD funds;
3.Proficient in English, with priority given to those with work experience in Western countries like Europe and America.
